New Serbian Rulebook On Radio Equipment and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment come into force from June 1, 2024. It was published by the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL).
Rulebook on Radio Equipment is based on the EU Radio Equipment Directive.
Some of changes are:
- Certificate of Conformity validity is 5 years (instead of 3 years).
- Serbian Certificate of Conformity is mandatory for radio products till December 31, 2026.
- CE mark is acceptable and sufficient for radio products from January 1, 2027.
