📢 EAEU/Russia. What is happening with Kyrgyzstan EAC certificates?
Amendments to Russian Government Resolutions 1856 and 936, approved by Government Resolution 87 came into force on February 7, 2026. The government adjusted the rules for recognizing conformity approval documents (EAC certificates (EAC CoC)/EAC declarations (EAC DoC) registered in other EAEU member countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan). The new regulations provide Rosaccreditation and regulatory authorities with additional tools to promptly respond to violations.
Key changes:
The validity of EAC declaration or certificate in Russia may be suspended if the Federal Customs Service of Russia receives information:
- about the absence of information on the test reports on the basis of which EAC CoC/EAC DoC was issued;
- about the failure to confirm the fact of import of test samples;
In case these documents are absent – sample is taken from the batch and sent to the test laboratory. Only in case test results are negative – EAC CoC/EAC DoC is put in Register of suspended documents
- about the non-compliance of imported products with safety requirements based on the results of a customs inspection;
If EAC CoC/EAC DoC issued by certification body of other EAEU member countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan) is suspended three or more times within a year, Rosaccreditation has the right to completely terminate the validity of all declarations and certificates issued by this certification body in the Russian Federation for the next 12 months from the date third document was suspended. EAC CoC and EAC DoC issued before this date are still valid.
Currently the following certification bodies of Kyrgyzstan are suspended in Russia:
- Certification body «Certification Center «Muras». Certificates are suspended in Russia from February 9, 2026
- Certification body «Expert-Line». Certificates are suspended in Russia from February 9, 2026
- Certification body «Certification and Testing Center». Certificates are suspended in Russia from February 10, 2026
- Certification body «Aurum Certification Center». Certificates are suspended in Russia from February 19, 2026
- Certification body «Kyrgyz Tantal LLC». Certificates are suspended in Russia from February 19, 2026
- Certification body «Asia Certificate LLC». Certificates are suspended in Russia from March 23, 2026
- Certification body «Eurasia Certificate LLC». Certificates are suspended in Russia from December 26, 2025
All information about suspended and terminated documents is promptly posted on the official Rosaccreditation website
If your EAC CoC/EAC DoC issued by the above mentioned certification bodies before dates of its suspension and EAC CoC/EAC DoC are not listed in the Register of suspended documents you still can use these documents in Russia. EAC CoC/EAC DoC issued by these CBs after the date of suspension could be used only in other EAEU member countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan).
